Randall Callard is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified in Financial Forensics. He has more than 25 years experience in helping businesses and individuals with accounting and income taxes and more than 15 years experience performing valuation. He considers prompt communication with clients extremely important. Randall lives in the Northwest Chicago suburbs.

Randall’s experience includes businesses with annual revenue up to $50 million. Core services include annual preparation of returns, income tax projections and planning, and coordination with your investment advisor, financial planner and/or your estate planner.

Business Valuation

Randall has prepared more than 200 valuations for purposes of estate and gift taxes, sales/purchase agreements, divorce and other litigious matters, and built-in gain calculations. Randall has testified as an expert for valuations and other financial matters. He has assisted clients and attorneys in areas of lost profits analysis, bankruptcy, contract disputes, hidden asset searches and other forensic accounting.
